During our first counseling session, I will complete a thorough assessment and gain insight into your specific needs and goals for counseling. A treatment plan will be developed. I will answer any questions you may have about the counseling process. In the sessions that follow, we will work hard to address the challenges and painful emotions experienced during or after a separation or divorce.
