Sport Psychology Coaching is specifically for the athlete or performer who is seeking peak performance, mental toughness, motivation, attention and focus, goal attainment, and positive self-talk. We will work together to leverage your strengths, overcome obstacles and compete with a mentally tough and sharp mindset. I provide sport psychology and performance coaching for individual athletes and performers, teams, and coaching staff. I can also create custom presentations for your team or staff. We will design a game plan tailored especially for you. Take your first step.

Life Coaching is specifically for the individual who is seeking to identify their passions, dreams, gifts and strengths. We will work together to clarify your values and develop a mission and vision for your life.
